Wake every morning with gorgeous sunrise views over the mountains from our upper deck. Spend your day boating, swimming, fishing, or visiting any number of the Branson area's local attractions. In the evening, whip up dinner and drinks in our fully-stocked kitchen, or grill a fresh catch on the back deck with sidelong views of Table Rock Lake. Take the kids for a float on the lazy river, enjoy a rousing game of corn hole, or take a dip in the hot tub before roasting marshmallows around our fire pit with peek-a-boo lake views. ✅ We do not allow parties, drugs, or smoking inside. Max of 14 people at all times. Max of 12 adults overnight; adults should not sleep on upper bunk beds.

✅  Security cameras are located on the exterior doors. 

✅  Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and crated when left alone. Fee is $100 per pet per stay. Max of 2 dogs.

✅  We do not offer cable but rather internet for streaming. 

✅  A signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out. The security deposit will not be used for normal wear and tear but rather for significant and preventable damage to the property. If you have questions before booking, please send an inquiry and we'd be happy to help.
