  For guests who need a little more room for parking, the HOA's overflow parking area is located conveniently next to our cabin.

  Relax and unwind in our private hot tub, or spend a morning rocking away with coffee and enjoying the fresh mountain air. A park-style grill is also available for you to use.

  The dining table has seating for 6, with an additional 2 stools at the kitchen counter.

  The living room is a great place to relax, and for guests who need it, it has a pull-out sleeper sofa.

✅ Addie's Abode is 1/2 of a duplex. Riley's Retreat is also for rent. For this reason, quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am.

✅  We do not allow pets, parties, smoking indoors, drugs, or weapons on the property. Max of 8 people at all times. 

✅  We do not offer cable but rather high-speed internet for streaming. 

✅  Security cameras are located on the exterior doors of this property. 

✅  A signed rental agreement and $125 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out. The security deposit will not be used for normal wear and tear but rather for significant and preventable damage to the property. If you have questions prior to booking, please send an inquiry and we’d be happy to help.
