  Free parking is located immediately to the side, and no stairs are needed to enter the cabin!

  For guests who need a little more room for parking, the HOA's overflow parking area is located conveniently next to our cabin.

✅  This property consists of 2 separate units with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side of the duplex. There is no connecting door on the interior. 

✅  We do not allow pets, parties, smoking indoors, drugs, or weapons on the property. Max of 16 people at all times. 

✅  We do not offer cable but rather high-speed internet for streaming. 

✅  Security cameras are located on the exterior doors of this property. 

✅  A signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out. The security deposit will not be used for normal wear and tear but rather for significant and preventable damage to the property. If you have questions prior to booking, please send an inquiry.
